The use of your song will be licensed to you by FirstDanceSong.com. FirstDanceSong.com retains ownership to your song including lyrics, title and orchestration. We reserve the right to use your song in any way we choose, now or in the future with the exception of another firstdancesong.com customer. TOP

The cost of having an original song written for you and presented in a hand-made, satin and lace CD cover with personalized information and lyrics is $500.00. A non-refundable $250.00 deposit is required before I will commence in writing your song. TOP

YES! The cost for additional CDs to be given as gifts or favors with a customized CD jacket is $60.00/per dozen. TOP

Once the writing of your song is complete, a demo version, (piano/vocal), on cassette or CD will be mailed to you for your enjoyment. The balance of the funds must be paid before completion of your song or the making of your hand-made CD cover takes place. Checks or money orders should be made out to FirstDanceSong.com.  TOP

You may choose to terminate your agreement after your deposit is paid and not owe any additional funds and no further work will be done on your song. Once the balance of funds has been paid your order may not be cancelled for a refund of any amount. TOP
