For the song
Mail, e-mail, or fax the information describing the qualities in each other that made you fall in love. You may want to include special circumstances surrounding the proposal, the day you met, or perhaps the moment you fell in love and knew you would spend the rest of your life together. This info will give me the essence of your relationship on which to base your song. The inspiration for your song will be original to your relationship and will capture the "once in a lifetime" feeling of your wedding day.

For the CD jacket
Submit the names of everybody in your wedding party including parents of the bride and groom, ring bearer, flower girl etc. This information, along with the date and place of wedding will be beautifully printed on the left inside cover. The lyrics to your song will be on the right inside cover and the CD will be in an inside sleeve.

Cost
The cost to have an original song written and presented to you in a custom-made, satin and lace cover is $500.00.  The cost for additional CDs to be given as gifts or favors with a customized CD jacket is $60.00/per dozen.
